How it Works?

1. Describe your project in details. Fill up the order form. Click here to download "pdf" form.

    Example:
                   A. What is the scope of work or explain the requirements of the project?
                   B. Floor area of the project.
                   C. Estimate hours of the project.
                   D.Time Frame.

2. Gather all your CAD files, sketches, scan drawings, mark-ups, cut sheets, pictures, notes,     paper documents and any information relevant to the projects.

3. Once we receive and review all of the information and requirements of your project and     estimate the amount of time we will need to complete the project we will send you a     written proposal.

4. Review the proposal. When you are ready, approve the proposal and sign the service     agreements.

5. Once we receive the approved proposal and service agreements. We will start on the     project immediately.


What We Need To Start On Your Project?

1. All your CAD files, sketches, scan drawings, mark-ups, cut sheets, pictures, notes, paper     documents, in-house CAD standards (ex. layers, CTB files, text height and fonts, etc.) and     any information about the project as possible to produce your drawings.

2. In addition to in-house CAD Standard, send us samples of your projects and we will match     your processes as per your quality standards.

3. Upload all the information stated above VIA FTP site, e-mail them or ship them to us VIA     FEDEX, UPS or DHL.

4. For CAD files transfer, we provide our own FTP site or if you prefer we can also use your     own FTP site.

5. Assign an official project leader of your project for coordination and communication to     ensure project quality and timely work completion

Working Process

1. Consistent communications through e-mail, fax and phone is substantial for the completion     of the project.

2. We will provide you progress drawings in PDF format for your review and comments.

3. Plot the progress drawings and provide necessary red lines, mark-ups with comments or     incorporate any information.

4. Scan the progress drawings with red lines, mark-ups and comments.

5. You can e-mail or fax back to us after scanning.

6. Upon the completion of the job, we will either email you or upload the autocad drawing     files to our FTP site or your own FTP site if you prefer.

Payment Process

Agreement & Initial Payment
     If the proposal meets with your approval, you will indicate your acceptance by signing an      Agreement and we will Email you the payment instructions to be completed online      through our secure server. A 30% Retainer is needed in order to get the project started.      UDS accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and E-Checks.

Final Payment

Full payment is required prior to the delivery of the final CAD files.
